Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on all orders at all times! We ship almost anywhere in Canada.

We take the quality of our packaging very seriously. If, by chance, an issue occurs during transit and you receive damaged parts, please contact us. You can also reach our customer service, who will be happy to assist you, by phone at 514-556-3335 or by email at info@hausid.ca.

Important to Note: The boxes may be large and heavy. We suggest checking the weight of the product to ensure you can handle it. It may be wise to ask a friend for help moving the boxes. The weight of the items is available on the product page under "dimensions."

Order Delivery

An order is usually shipped within 2-4 days of receipt. Please allow two to seven business days for delivery. Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you by email. You can track your order via the carrier's website using this tracking number.

If your order contains multiple products, you may not receive the entire order on the same day. To know in advance the number of boxes shipped, there will be as many tracking numbers as there are boxes. You will receive these numbers with the order confirmation email.

It is impossible to cancel an order once it has been shipped. For immediate assistance, please contact 514-556-3335.

Warranty

All products are guaranteed for one year.

Return Policy

We strive to ensure the quality and design of our products to satisfy our customers. However, if you change your mind or are dissatisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days after receiving your order to return it. The product must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it. We may request proof of purchase and photos of the product before approving the return. Please complete the following form.

All returns, once approved by our customer service team, must be shipped at the buyer's expense and returned to our warehouse located at 7900 Industriel Blvd, Chambly, QC J2L4X3.
