HausID Group Inc. (“HausID,” “we,” “us” or “our”) is responsible for personal information collected through hausid.ca and through our cabinetry, storage and project-services activities.

Information we collect

Depending on your interaction with us, we may collect contact details, phone number, address, project details, plans, measurements and photos, product preferences, order, payment and delivery information, and messages exchanged with our team. Our website may also collect limited technical information such as browser type, IP address, pages viewed and permitted cookies.

How we use information

We use information to respond to requests, prepare estimates, advise customers, manage orders and projects, coordinate payments and deliveries, provide support, protect our systems, meet legal obligations and improve our services. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers and disclosures

Authorized employees and service providers may process information only to provide services to us, including Shopify, Google Workspace, RingCentral, hosting providers and internal business tools. We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect our rights or with your authorization.

SMS communications

With your consent, HausID may send customer-care and project-related SMS messages from 514-556-3335 about your inquiry, estimate, order, delivery, installation, service or project. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase.

No sharing of SMS consent

Mobile phone numbers, SMS consent and SMS opt-in information are not sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. They may only be processed by technical service providers required for delivery, security, hosting and recordkeeping, under our instructions and confidentiality obligations.
